KITians learn the fundamentals of architectural design and correlate science with aesthetics using the latest technology in design. Theoretical knowledge is strengthened with an intensive internship program unique to the institute.

The curriculum is interspersed with liberal arts, entrepreneurship and management courses producing well rounded individuals who will be global leaders and innovators of the next generation.

I joined KIT because it is different from other universities in Cambodia. The school’s environment is ideal for students who want to stay focused on studying.  The unique programs which include an intensive internship, allows students to practice and understand “real work''. This provides an opportunity for students to learn both hard and soft skills necessary to succeed in the corporate world.

As a KIT Architecture student, I see myself improving. During the Covid pandemic, studying online is a challenge, but KIT has made it effective and enjoyable. KIT encourages its students to research and explore more, which nurtures a love for independent learning. I learn many new things from my classmates who are from different places. The distance between us does not deter us from collaborating and working as a team. 

I look forward to becoming a well rounded person armed with the skills essential to putting up my own company someday and becoming a citizen of the world.

That was not a coincidence but  fate. I found out about KIT while I was looking for the best university to study in after graduating from high school. What immediately attracted me was the “four-year sponsorship” program and the school’s location (environment). I like the weather in the mountains where it is calm and I am able to concentrate on my studies. Another factor is the absence of traffic jams and accidents at KIT, which takes away one of my parents’ worries.

KIT has a unique program that focuses on both curriculum and internships. The international faculty members are highly skilled and experienced, allowing students to gain more knowledge quickly. They pay close attention to teaching and are always willing to share their experiences or encourage students with numerous alternative solutions. Studying in English is a good opportunity for me to develop my communication skills with seniors, friends and lecturers in preparation for foreign client companies in the future.

After 4 years of training and studying at KIT, I believe I will have the confidence and full capacity to work with other companies locally or abroad.
